Before an order

Before payment, the checkout must show the product, quantity, active currency and price, applicable charges, shipping method and other information required for the active market. If those elements are not resolved, checkout remains unavailable.

Order acceptance

Submitting payment information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Uzakara sends an order confirmation that identifies the accepted items and transaction. We may contact you if information required to fulfil the order is incomplete.

Prices and currency

The price displayed for the active market controls the transaction. We do not treat an unapproved converted amount, a source-market observation, or a placeholder as a sale price. Taxes and shipping are presented according to the rules of the active checkout.

Availability and one-of-one pieces

Some Loading Bag products are one-of-one physical pieces. Availability can change quickly and a family page can represent multiple distinct pieces. Uzakara verifies the sellable piece before accepting payment where the catalog requires that verification.

Product appearance

We aim to represent products accurately. Screen settings can affect colour. Recovered-material products can vary between physical pieces; disclosed variation is part of the product identity.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Shipping is governed by the information shown at checkout and our Shipping page. Voluntary returns are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty or consumer rights continue to apply where required by law.

Payment

Payment credentials are processed through our payment provider when checkout is active. Uzakara does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in the storefront application.
